Such a friendly and supportive atmosphere at this One Life! Been training for a couple months with Brady and loving the results I have. They have so many great amenities that I haven’t even had a chance to use them all. I look forward to coming to the gym.

I haven’t ever been a member of a gym, so this is my first experience. But this is the first gym that has kept me coming back for longer than a couple weeks. The location at City Center is clean, the staff is friendly, the equipment is well maintained, and there are a ton of amenities and classes. I’m also signed up with their personal training program. The trainers are approachable and knowledgeable. Working with them has also helped me stay on track for a lot longer than I would have if I were only relying on myself. This is just a great gym!

Best gym in the area and the staff is amazing! The Classes are included in the membership! You can’t beat that! WHERE ELSE can you get PILATES, YOGA, ZUMBA, all kinds of LES MILLS formats…Cycling! Aquatics… Huge swimming pool, hot tub… endless equipment. Let me stop. I love this gym… been a member for over 10 years and would not trade it for any other.

Such a friendly and welcoming gym. So many different types of machines, the trainers are super supportive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is really motivating. I've seen such great progress since joining, and I always look forward to my workouts here. Highly recommend!
